COVID-19 Update

In regards to the restrictions that will come into effect as of January 5th, 2022 Vanden Bussche Irrigation continues to stay committed to doing our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Vanden Bussche Irrigation will continue with its operations maintaining our customer first approach while ensuring the health and safety of our number one asset, our employees, is also protected.

In light of this, VBI has updated our contingency plan consisting of operating procedures that will allow us to continue to ensure that we provide you the products and services that you need with minimal disruptions by keeping our branches open. Please find below the changes in day to day operations being implemented effective immediately:

  • All locations will operate at 50% capacity. Upon entering, customers are asked to sanitize at the door and wear a face mask. Face masks will be provided if needed.
  • Curbside pickup is available at every location.
  • We continue to encourage orders to be placed over the phone, by email, or through our mobile app.
  • Although we are still accepting cash, payments are encouraged to be made by account, visa/debit cards or credit card.
  • For orders being picked up, we ask that you call from the parking lot once you have arrived (payment can be taken over the phone at this time), and a member of the Vanden Bussche Team will ensure your order is accessible.
  • No meetings with vendor reps/outside visitors at this time.
